Carn Dogs

Music mention shine  and the way the sun does it is a mystery to me.  To shine as the sun would be a quest for giving off warmth and light. There isn't a place as hot as the sun.

Through all our products Shiney or dark, we live to be shiney.  There isn't much thought to sunny weather but when it's hot then we need to change our shoes to sandals and put our air conditioning on to avoid the heat of summer, yet not technically the sun.

Ch 21 Carn Dog

Too many sips of coffee I noticed were gone unnoticed. His lips swiftly collected the hot coffee with a very frail grotesquely skinny grip around the talk white paper cup.

Quicker than the hother nervous sip of coffee was his glance, beady brown eyes quickly meeting hers as if he knew her attention would leave him as she usually did at the smallest sound or movement came around.

There was the glass transparent door that would exit her into the nieghborhood of over the top boutiques and restaurants.   There was a hot black piping drink with a heavenly aroma in front of a chain non filter smoking middle aged male with attentive words at a very lop sided and squeeky table.

She could turn to the deep dish slice of pizza across the street for $8.00 or stay with the suspense of the tipping coffee.

I'll Never Know

What's too sweet?  If we're all made unique and comfortably God's design then when is too much too much?

Sugary Satisfaction

Sugar in my coffee, in my tea, in my bagel; more sugar for me.  There's sugar in my fruit, and in my cravings sometimes it tickles my nose and tingles my toes.

I hear I eat too many breads and not enough meats.

Amazing Eating practices

I got sugar on my fingers!  What is the use of sugar for a community then when all it does is a mystery? It's on our funnel cakes powdered and in our canned syrups with fruit.  Sugar coats our elephant ears, and our throats.

Over $20,000 on my root canal from sugar maybe or cigarettes has brought to my attention the way of sugar as a treat, a reward, and a drug.  When I'm ready to eat I start with sugary cereals, then big sandwices and end my day with a trail of sweet nutty snacks.

For dinner I put dessert first and my potatoes and hot rolls with butter before the chicken or fish.  When I watch television I exercise during commercials, and or eat smaller meals than if I'm measuring walks or wieght lifting.

For all the worries and remarks from friends and family about sugary foods, I'm grateful for listening to them so that I can feel younger and healthier at the middle age overweight stage in life.
